DEFINITION
It is a water-based fire paint. Thanks to the special additives in it, it makes the surfaces on which it is applied absolutely incombustible and non-flammable. Since it is water-based, it maintains its antibacterial properties. It is an intumescent structure that has been developed to protect buildings from fire for up to 120 minutes and provides fire insulation by expanding. It dries on the applied surface and forms a seamless layer. It has excellent flame retardant properties, it swells by reacting chemically during fire and prevents the temperature on the surface from rising to critical degrees.

Minimum total consumption: 1-1.5 kg/m2

FEATURES

It has excellent flame retardant properties, it swells by reacting chemically during fire and prevents the temperature on the surface from rising to critical degrees. It is impermeable to water and permeable to water vapor. Thanks to this feature, it does not prevent the breathing of the applied surface. It is extremely suitable for use in wood, concrete, prefabricated and steel structures.

APPLICATION AND SURFACE PREPARATION
Layers that will reduce adherence such as oil, grease, dirt, paint, cement grout, rust, mold oil, salt bleed should be thoroughly cleaned before application. The surfaces must be clean, sound, free of carrier and free particles. Cracks and fractures on the surface should be carefully repaired and the surface should be prepared. After the surface is ready, primer application should be started.

APPLICATION
Layers that will reduce adherence such as oil, grease, dirt, paint, cement grout, rust, mold oil, salt bleed should be thoroughly cleaned before application. The surfaces must be clean, sound, free of carrier and free particles. Cracks and fractures on the surface should be carefully repaired with repair mortars and the surface should be prepared. The leveling of the surface should be done well. It can be done with a brush, roller, or a suitable sprayer. Before application, it is applied as a primer by thinning itself with water at the rate of 50%. Then the primer is left to dry for 4 hours. After the primer, the prepared surface is applied in two layers at intervals of 4 hours without diluting, and the paint process is finished.

PACKAGING AND CONSUMPTION
18 kg liquid is presented ready to use in plastic packaging.

CLEANING
Tools and equipment are cleaned with water.

SHELF LIFE
It can be stored for at least 24 months in its dry unopened original packaging and at temperatures of 5-25 °C. Once opened, use it as soon as possible. Protect from freezing conditions.

WARNING AND PRECAUTIONS
• The application area must be well ventilated.
• The newly applied material should not be exposed to rain and frost for 24 hours.
• It should not be applied under 5°, rainy and foggy weather.
• Do not apply on wet and frozen surfaces.
• Pay attention to the safety signs and warnings on the packaging.
• Adequate ventilation should be provided in the workshops and open flames and high temperatures should be avoided.
• Mix well before application and do not leave the lid of the package open.
• Avoid application in weather conditions where precipitation is expected and under precipitation.
