DEFINITION
Polymer emulsion modified, cement based, two component, fully elastic waterproofing mortar

APPLICATION AREA
It is used as a waterproofing material under ceramics in all buildings, especially in wet places such as balconies, bathrooms, toilets and kitchens.

APPLICATION LIMIT
• Not applicable on wood, chipboard, plywood and metal surfaces.
• Not applicable against negative water pressure.
• Not applicable in drinking water tanks and terraces.
• It should not be left bare in places that may be exposed to direct sunlight.

APPLICATION FEATURES
• Number of coats that can be applied: 2-3 coats.
• Mortar usable time: max. 3 hours.
• Time to wait between coats: min. 5 hours.
• Time to wait for ceramic application: min 4 days.
• Time to gain mechanical strength: 7 days.
• Time to become waterproof: 7 days.
• Full drying time: min 48 hours.

WARNINGS AND SUGGESTIONS
• Only its own liquid should be used for the mixture, no water should be added.
• Absolutely foreign materials should not be added.
• In wet area applications, moving points and vertical and horizontal corners should be supported with aqua guard corner insulation tapes.
• The applied surfaces should be protected from direct sunlight, air currents and frost for 3 days. If necessary, the surface should be wetted and kept moist.
• A protective layer such as ceramic should be applied on surfaces that may be exposed to mechanical impacts.
• Ceramics, etc., within 3 days of the application. coating should not be applied.
• All tools used after the application should be washed with water before they dry.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS
• Ambient temperature: + 5 °C to + 30 °C.
• Avoid application in very humid and/or very hot weather.
• It should not be applied on surfaces that are frozen, melting or where there is a risk of rain or frost within 24 hours.

APPLICATION
• For each layer, 20 kg of powder component should be added slowly to 10 kg of liquid component and mixed for approximately 2-3 minutes with the help of a low-speed mixer until it reaches a homogeneous consistency.
• After the mixture is rested for 2 minutes, it should be mixed again before the application.
• It should be applied to the entire surface in min 2 coats with the help of a brush or trowel. The application of each layer should be perpendicular to the previous one.
• Wait at least 6 hours between coats.

CONSUMPTION: 3-3.5 kg/m2 for 2 mm thickness
PACKAGING: Net 20 kg kraft bag and 10 kg plastic drum.
COLOR : Gray.
APPLICATION TOOLS: Hand mixer, brush, trowel.

SHELF LIFE
1 year from the date of manufacture in damp and dry environments. The mouth of the containers should be tightly closed when not in use. The liquid component must be protected from frost.
