AQUA GUARD PURE RESIN 800

DEFINITION
It is an 800% elastic waterproofing product that is produced with a new generation polymer technology, is hard but elastic, does not contain fillers, is water-based, aliphatic, drying on the surfaces it is applied to and providing water impermeability. It is applied on dry and slightly moist surfaces that do not contain solvents and have a viscous liquid appearance. PURE RESIN 800-1K dispersion, produced with a special polymerization technique, is resistant to ultraviolet rays.

APPLICATION AND SURFACE PREPARATION
Application surfaces should be dry or slightly moist. The surfaces must be clean, sound, free of carrier and free particles. The corners should be chamfered horizontally or vertically at an angle of 45°C and made ready for insulation. Layers that will reduce adherence such as oil, grease, dirt, paint, cement grout, rust, mold oil, salt bleed should be thoroughly cleaned before application. After the surface is ready, primer application should be started.

APPLICATION
The surfaces must be clean, sound, free of carrier and free particles. AQUA GUARD PURE RESIN 800-1K is ready to use and one component. It can be mixed until it reaches a homogeneous consistency before application. Mixing should be done with a low speed mixer. Priming should be done first, especially on surfaces with high water absorbency such as concrete. In the priming process, 18 kg of AQUA GUARD PURE RESIN 800-1K product is diluted 50% and applied to the entire surface with a brush/roller/airless. After the primer application, the product is applied to the surface with a roller/brush/airless. Geotextile or mesh can also be applied before the product dries. After the second coat dries for 2-4 hours depending on the outdoor temperature, it is applied to the first coat in such a way as to form a cross-link.

CLEANING
Tools and equipment are cleaned with water.

SHELF LIFE
It can be stored for at least 12 months in its dry unopened original packaging and at temperatures of 5-25 °C. Once opened, use it as soon as possible. Protect from freezing conditions.

WARNING AND PRECAUTIONS
• Do not apply on wet and frozen surfaces.
• Pay attention to the safety signs and warnings on the packaging.
• Adequate ventilation should be provided in the workshops, open flames and high temperatures should be avoided.
• Mix well before application. Do not leave the lid of the package open.
• Avoid application in weather conditions where precipitation is expected and under precipitation.
• The skin should not come into contact with the eyes and mouth, and the application should be made by taking the necessary safety precautions. Avoid applying at temperatures below +10°C and above +35°C, do not try to use frozen material by adding dust and water.
