INNOPUR MICRO SEALER PU 150-1K

DEFINITION
It is a one-component, low-viscosity, polyurethane-based primer containing 50% solvent. It is designed for substrates of different types or locations. The outstanding feature of the product is that it has a very low viscosity and stabilizes the curing speed. In this way, it perfectly covers and impregnates almost all kinds of surfaces, whether porous (regardless of the pore state) or non-porous (glass, metal, etc.), holistically and homogeneously. Even if the removal of the main floor is delayed, it is not a problem. It can also be applied on dry, wet or even fresh concrete as a low-cost effective waterproofing material that increases the durability of the substrate. The cured film has superior mechanical properties. The elongation is >300% and the tensile strength is well above 30 N/mm². It is applied with a brush or roller with a consumption of 100-200gr/m², depending on the pore state of the substrate.

Application areas as a primer:
• Concrete structures (moist, wet or wet concrete)
• Ceramic tiles
• Non-porous substrates such as glass, marble and metal. It can also be used as a concrete waterproofing material.

APPLICATION
The surface should be cleaned using high pressure water if possible; Oil, grease, fuel and paraffin waste should be removed, as well as completely free from mold release agents, cement residues, chips, loose particles and cured membranes. For surface imperfections, it is recommended to use INNOPUR MICRO SEALER-PU 150 treated with sand. Apply with brush or roller. Once cured, you can proceed to the application of the main membrane.

CLEANING
After cleaning tools and equipment with paper towels, wipe with SOLVENT. Rolls cannot be reused.

PACKAGING
6 kg, 16 kg, 200 kg metal packages.

SHELF LIFE
It can be stored for a minimum of 12 months in unopened original buckets, in dry environments at temperatures between 5°C and 25°C. The material in the opened bucket should be used as soon as possible.

SAFETY INFORMATION
Contains volatile flammable solvents. Work in a well-ventilated, non-smoking environment and away from naked flames. A ventilator should be used in closed areas and a carbon filter mask should be worn. It should be noted that solvents are heavier than air and therefore circulate on the ground.
