INNOPUR PRIMER PU MICRO-1K

DEFINITION
It is a one-component, low-viscosity and 100% aliphatic polyurethane-based primer and is a suitable material for all substrates. The most important feature that stands out with its low viscosity is its excellent adhesion to both porous and non-porous surfaces, as well as its excellent impregnation ability. It cures faster than other materials and does not yellow (fade). Its cured film shows effective resistance to mechanical effects: Its elongation percentage is >100 and its tensile strength is over 40 N/mm². It is applied with a brush or roller. Consumption amount is 100-200 gr/m² depending on the pore condition of the substrate.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION
• When non-yellowing primer is desired to be used
• Ceramic tiles
• Non-porous surfaces such as glass, marble and metal
• It can also be used as a concrete sealing material.

• It is 100% aliphatic polyurethane; does not turn yellow, does not fade.

• Although the removal of the main membrane is delayed, it does not cause a problem, it allows a longer time.

APPLICATION DETAILS
The surface should be cleaned using pressurized water if possible; Oil, grease, fuel and paraffin waste should be removed, as well as completely free from mold release agents, cement residues, chips, loose particles and cured membranes.

CLEANING
After cleaning tools and equipment with paper towels, wipe with SOLVENT. Rolls cannot be reused.

SHELF LIFE
It can be stored for a minimum of 12 months in unopened original buckets, in dry environments at temperatures between 5°C and 25°C. The material in the opened bucket should be used as soon as possible.
