INNOPUR SEAL PU FLEX JOINT-2K

DEFINITION
INNOPUR SEAL PU FLEX JOINT-2K is a two-component, polyurethane based, high performance, ideal filling material developed for wide horizontal joints. It has excellent resistance to different climatic and heat conditions. In addition to its effective waterproofing feature, it also shows very good resistance against chemicals and other destructive factors.

LIMITATIONS
It is not recommended to apply directly to unsound substrates.

APPLICATION DETAILS
It is recommended to be applied in a temperature range of +5°C to +25°C. Pot life of the material is reduced at higher temperatures.

Surface Preparation
Before starting the application, it should be ensured that the joint is cleaned very well and is dry. If the bottom of the joint is open, a polyethylene (or polystyrene) sealant should be used and placed with a gap of approximately half the joint width.

Lining
Appropriate primer should be used according to the condition of the surface and the weather conditions during the application process.

APPLICATION
After thoroughly mixing the A and B components, pour slowly into the joint. Alternatively, a spatula or a suitable sealant gun can be used.

CLEANING
Clean equipment and tools first with paper towels, then wipe with acetone or xylene.

SHELF LIFE
It can be stored for a minimum of 12 months in unopened original buckets, in dry environments at a temperature of ±20°C.
