INNOPUR SHIELD PU CRYSTAL-50

DEFINITION
It is a one-component, polyurethane-based liquid material. Cures with moisture in the air. It forms a transparent film by adhering to the entire surface in a holistic, uninterrupted manner. Since it is aliphatic, it does not turn yellow when exposed to direct sunlight. Its content is based on pure elastomeric hydrophobic polyurethane resin, which gives the material excellent resistance to UV rays, chemical, mechanical, thermal and natural influences.

APPLICATION INFORMATION

Environmental Conditions
The relative humidity of the air should be at most 80%, the application temperature (environment and surface) should be between +3°C and +35°C. It should not be rainy 24 hours before, during and 24 hours after the application in open areas. The ground temperature should be 3°C above the current dew (dew falling) temperature. (Ask for the Ambient temperature-Ambient Humidity-Dew Temperature table from our company.)
Not recommended for unstable substrates. It is not applied in thick layers.

Surface Preparation
If possible, the surface should be cleaned using pressurized water, oil, grease, fuel and paraffin wastes should be removed, as well as completely free from mold release agents, cement residues, chips, loose particles and cured membranes. Glassy, ​​glazed substrates should be graded or primed with INNOPUR PRIMER. For more detailed information about primer, please contact our technical department. The application surface must be DRY. When it is desired to be used as a top coat, it should be colored with a maximum of 10% pigment paste in order to preserve the color of the underlying paint. If it is desired to be used as a top coat on floor coating material, epoxy/polyurethane paint or self-leveling systems, it should be applied within 24 hours after the main coat application, again with a maximum of 10% pigment paste. Mixing: When mixing or pigmenting the material, be careful not to create air bubbles, otherwise bubbles may remain on the cured membrane. It can be mixed with a mixer running at low speed (300 rpm) or by hand.

Application
Apply one or two coats with a brush, roller or airless sprayer. The time between coats should not exceed 48 hours. In pigment-free application, it should be considered whether the substrate or surface is resistant to UV rays and necessary actions should be taken in this direction.

CONSUMPTION
Minimum consumption for each floor: 0.1 kg/m2

STORAGE INFORMATION
The material should be stored in a cool and dry place. The life of the material is 1 year for components A and B when stored properly and in its unopened original packaging.
