DEFINITION
It is a one-component, polyurethane-based hydrophobic injection resin material that reacts with water to form an elastic mortar with plug function. It has been developed for sealing cracks and joints on concrete surfaces and for waterproofing. It effectively stops water leaks or leaks. Thanks to its low viscosity, it penetrates deeply into the capillary cracks. It is recommended to be used on concrete elements where structural movements are in question. In the properties of the foam formed in the joint, its volumetric or mass structure remains stable. Its physical structure, such as shrinkage, loss of volume, etc., does not deteriorate. It complies with VOC regulations and does not contain T.D.I ( (Toluene Diisocyanate). Because it does not contain odor, filler and solvent, it is resistant to hydrolysis and can be used in drinking water.

It is applied with a single component injection pump.

APPLICATION DETAILS

To mix up
Mix the material with INNOPUR SHIELD PU WATER STOP INJECTA LV Catalyst (catalyst) for an average of 1 minute until it becomes homogeneous. The ratio of the catalyst varies between 8% and 10% depending on the humidity and temperature of the substrate. Before starting the application, make sure that the mixture does not come into contact with water.

Application
Gradually increase the pumping pressure, starting from the minimum, until it reaches the desired level. The injection level (amount) generally depends on the size of the cavity to be filled and the condition of the substrate. A thin layer is formed on the surface during the reaction from the moisture after the mixture is made. This layer can be pierced with a sharp object or the thin layer on the surface can be removed and the mixture below can be continued to be used.

SHELF LIFE
It should be stored in a cool and dry environment without opening the cover of the original package and avoiding air contact. Shelf life is 12 months if stored in its original packaging under the above-mentioned conditions.

CLEANING
After the injection process, a suitable cleaning material or oil that does not contain water should be pumped from the hose lines and the pump.
