DEFINITION
INNOPUR SPORT PU TOPCOAT MAT VARNISH is an aliphatic acrylic resin based, two component, low viscosity, high UV resistant, matte floor coating material.

APPLICATION INFORMATION

Surface Information
The application surface must be clean and solid. Pay attention to the application time of the previous primer or intermediate coat on top of the coat.

It is mechanically resistant to medium and high weight mechanical impact. Thermally, it withstands +80°C in humid temperature (without chemical and mechanical effects at the same time) and +120°C in dry temperature.

Environmental Conditions

Preparation of the Mixture
It is a two-component product and should be prepared in the specified mixture ratio, considering the pot life, as much as the amount to be consumed. In order to obtain a homogeneous mixture, the product temperature should not be less than 15°C. Component A should be mixed quickly with a mechanical mixer, and the hardener (component B) should be added by paying attention to the mixing ratio. A and B components should be mixed with a mechanical mixer for at least 3 minutes until homogeneous.

Application to the Surface
The mixture, which is made ready for application, is applied by roller or airless spraying so that the surface is saturated. Recommended consumption is 100-150 gr/m2 in 2-3 coats. A minimum of 4 hours (20°C) for the application of a new layer on top of the layer, no limit at most. It is very important that the second coat is applied within the above-mentioned new coat application time. It reaches a full mechanical and chemical resistance in approximately 7 days.

PACKING INFORMATION
A 16.5 kg set of INNOPUR SPORT PU TOPCOAT MAT VARNISH consists of a net 15 kg of component A in a bucket and a net of 1.5 kg of component B in a gallon.

STORAGE INFORMATION
The material should be stored in a cool and dry place. The life of the material is 1 year for component A and 6 months for component B when stored properly in its unopened original packaging.
