DEFINITION
INNOPUR SPORT PU PORE SEALER 4065 is a two-component polyurethane based, highly thixotropic, 100% solid, solvent-free putty with mastic properties. It is cured at ambient temperature by chemical reaction.

USAGE PLACES
INNOPUR SPORT PU PORE SEALER 4065 is a flexible putty used to ensure the impermeability of sports floors formed by casting rubber granules in-situ application or by laying the granules on the floor after turning them into mattresses, filling the pores and gaps, making the rubber mattress floor suitable for PU self-level coating. .

APPLICATION

Environmental Conditions Required for Application
Maximum ambient humidity should be 80%-Ambient temperature should be between 10-30°C-It should not be rainy 24 hours before, during and after the application in open areas-The ground temperature should be 3°C above the current dew (dew falling) temperature . Surface Preparation
INNOPUR SPORT PU PORE SEALER 4065 should be applied on mattresses that have been laid on the floor and have completed their cure. The surface should not be damp or wet. There should be free weak parts, oil, wax, dust, which will reduce the adhesion forces on the surface.

To mix up
INNOPUR SPORT PU PORE SEALER 4065 is 2-component and used by mixing in ratios of A: B-21:2.5 (weight). In 2-Component Polyurethane systems, homogeneous mixing of A and B components at the recommended mixing ratios is very important for maximum performance. First, component A is mixed and homogenized if there is precipitation. Component B is poured into component A. It is mixed with a mixer of 200-300 rpm for a minimum of 3 minutes. The packaging walls and bottom sides are thoroughly scraped with mixer blades and trowel. In order to extend the life of the mixture, it is recommended to pour it on the surface immediately and spread it. If it is not going to be poured onto the surface, it is recommended to take it into a container with a large surface area, such as a large pan.

Application
After making sure that the A and B components are mixed homogeneously, INNOPUR SPORT PU PORE SEALER 4065 is poured on the prepared surface and spread on the floor with a metal or rubber check. Excess INNOPUR SPORT PORE SEALER 4065 is scraped off the surface by applying squeezing pressure during spreading, and the pores are filled thoroughly. Since 2-Component Polyurethane systems are more reactive to moisture, contact of the surface with water should be avoided for 24 hours after the application. Otherwise, foaming may occur.

MIX USE TIME
The application conditions of 2-component polyurethane systems are very dependent on the ambient temperature. At the same time, the usage time of the mixture is very dependent on the amount mixed.

With the increase of temperature
-The reaction of A and B components accelerates-It gains consistency quickly and therefore it should be spread on the surface more quickly.

With Decreased Temperature
-The reaction of A and B components slows down -The pan life is longer -The fluidity decreases. It is consumed more due to the increase in density. In 2nd Component Polyurethane systems, component A and component B enter into a chemical reaction and heat is released and the temperature of the mixture increases. With the increase of the mixed amount, the temperature increase becomes higher and faster. It is important to spread the mixture immediately on the surface in order to obtain long working and processing time, especially on hot days. Alternatively, the mixture can be taken into a large pan or mixed in small quantities by weighing.

APPLICATION TOOLS
It is applied with a flat mouth metal or rubber check.

CLEANING
It can be done with Thinner 3 when wet. It can be mechanically cleaned after curing.

CONSUMPTION
The amount of use depends on the smoothness of the surface, the size of the rubber granules used and the degree of compaction of the surface, and the amount of use can be between 0.5-0.8 Kg/m².

SHELF LIFE
It should be stored in dry conditions between 15-25 ºC in its original packaging. It should not be exposed to direct sunlight. Under these conditions, the shelf life is 1 year.
