DEFINITION
INNOPUR SPORT PU SPRAY VARNISH-ATH 400 is an aliphatic polyurethane resin-based, one-component, low-viscosity, 100% UV and chemical resistant, top coat protective floor varnish material that provides a glossy appearance. It is applied as a protector on spray coating and sandwich floor coverings, especially on athletics tracks.

PLACE OF USE
✓ On E.P.D.M or S.B.R granules,
✓ On PVC floor coverings,
✓ Exterior decorative stone flooring etc. on coatings,
✓ It is used as an easy to clean, chemical and abrasion resistant protective top coat varnish.

ADVANTAGES

✓ Resistant to water and external conditions (rain and snow/ice),
✓ Suitable for light, medium-heavy pedestrian traffic,

✓ Resistant to detergents, oil, sea water and household chemicals
✓ Mechanically damaged, worn parts can be easily repaired

Environmental Conditions
✓ The relative humidity of the air should be minimum 50% and maximum 85%, application temperature (environment and surface) should be between +10°C and +35°C.
✓ It should not be rainy 24 hours before, during and 24 hours after the application in open areas.
✓ The ground temperature should be 3°C above the current dew drop temperature. (Ask for the Ambient temperature-Ambient Humidity-Dew Temperature table from our company.)

Application to the Surface
The product is applied to the previously prepared and primed surface with a roller or airless spraying so that the surface is saturated.

Recommended consumption
0.200-0.300 kg/m² on 2 floors

Cleaning of Tools
With Cellulosic or Polyurethane thinner

PACKING INFORMATION

STORAGE INFORMATION
The material should be stored in a cool and dry place. The life of the material is 1 year when stored properly in its unopened original packaging.
