PRIMER FOR ADHESION ON MELAMINE-PVC AND DIFFICULT SURFACES

DEFINITION
It is a coating primer in aliphatic structure, consisting of a mixture of special polyurethane resins. It is used to fill the pores and smooth the surface before applying the coatings, to provide adhesion to melamine coating, polyurethane wood imitation and other hard-to-paint surfaces.

Recommended painting system
19000 Polyurethane filler varnish 2-3 coats x 35 micron (dry film thickness) Other systems can be used depending on the application.

Surface Preparation
The surface must be dry and clean. After grinding, the surface must be thoroughly cleaned of dust. Application conditions: Ambient temperature should be between +5 °C and +35 °C. Good ventilation should be provided in confined spaces to allow the coating to dry properly.

Storage
The product should be kept in a dry, cool and well-ventilated area, away from sources of heat and fire. The packaging must be tightly closed.

Shelf life
Shelf life in closed original container component is 1 year.
