SYNTHETIC BASED TRANSPARENT WOOD COLOR

DEFINITION
It is an alkyd resin-based, one-component, air-drying, transparent colorant with high coloring power.

PLACE OF USE
It is applied on all kinds of solid and veneer interior and exterior wooden surfaces and wooden parts of sea vehicles.

NOTE
Drying times are the times to be obtained when applied in a way that leaves a dry film thickness of 20 microns in one coat under normal conditions. It should be known that the drying time will increase as the application thickness increases and in cold weather.

APPLICATION INFORMATION

Surface Preparation
The application surface must be clean and solid. Wooden surfaces should be cleaned of dust after appropriate sanding.

Ambient conditions
Ambient temperature should be between +5°C and +35°C. In applications to be carried out in closed environments, ventilation should be considered.

Application to the Surface
After mixing well, it is applied to the wooden surface in thin layers by absorbing it with the help of a brush or cloth. At least 12 hours later, Green lack Cellulosic or Polyurethane Filler Varnish is applied. After sanding, Green lack Cellulosic or Polyurethane top coat varnishes are applied.

Cleaning of Equipment
With Cellulosic or Synthetic thinner.

PACKING INFORMATION
It is 12 lt net in a bucket, 2.5 lt net in a gallon, and 0.75 lt net in a box.

STORAGE INFORMATION
The material should be stored in a cool and dry place. The life of the material is 1 year when stored properly and in its unopened original packaging.
