INNOPUR COURT FLOOR AC-310
INNOPUR COURT FLOOR AC-310
DESCRIPTION
INNOPUR COURT FLOOR AC-310 is a high-quality pure coating formulation with a 100% acrylic latex binder without quartz filler, which can also be produced in custom colors upon request.
AREAS OF USE
Applying INNOPUR COURT FLOOR AC-310 with a rubber squeegee or roller ensures a homogeneous distribution to the smallest points of the surface, creating a very smooth, tough coating with high tear resistance. It can also be used for renewal purposes on existing painted tennis court surfaces.
Low temperature or high humidity increases drying time. Maximum surface temperature is 60˚C.
SURFACE PREPARATION
Prior to the application of one of the INNOVA Tennis Court Systems, new hot asphalt surfaces must be cured for a minimum of 14 days, and new concrete surfaces for a minimum of 28 days. Loose particles such as old paint, dirt, dust, etc., as well as oil and grease residues must be removed from the surface. Care must be taken to ensure the floor is completely dry before applying INNOPUR PRECOAT.
SURFACE REPAIRS
The court surface is wetted with water and left to dry. During drying, water accumulates in low/depressed areas. After marking these areas with chalk and following complete drying of the surface, they should be repaired with INNOPUR Acrylic Repair Binder.
APPLICATION GUIDE
Application
Application of INNOPUR COURT FLOOR AC-310 should be done in the same direction across the floor using a rubber squeegee. If the surface is hot, it should be moistened with a water spray for good application. Standing water must not be allowed to accumulate on the applied surface. The material is also suitable for roller applications.
Drying and Curing Time
If INNOPUR COURT FLOOR AC-310 is applied in two coats, wait at least 4 hours between coats for drying, and allow at least 24 hours after the final coat for full curing.
CLEANING
All tools used in application can be cleaned with water before drying.
CONSIDERATIONS DURING APPLICATION:
Weather Conditions
INNOPUR COURT FLOOR AC-310 must strictly not be applied in rainy weather (while raining). Surface temperature for application must be between minimum 14˚C and maximum 60˚C. Application should strictly not be performed above 60˚C.
Indoor Applications
High relative humidity, low temperature, and inadequate ventilation during indoor applications may delay drying time. These three factors should be especially considered indoors.
Frost Protection
Since INNOPUR COURT FLOOR AC-310 is a water-based acrylic polymer, it must be protected from freezing during storage and transport.
