INNOPUR COURT FLOOR AC-300
INNOPUR COURT FLOOR AC-300
DESCRIPTION
INNOPUR COURT AC-300 is a high-quality coating formulated with a 100% acrylic latex binder and specially graded fine 40-60 micron quartz filler, providing a fine-textured appearance. Custom colors can also be produced upon request.
APPLICATION AREAS
INNOPUR COURT AC-300 is formulated with fine quartz to control game speed. Application with a rubber squeegee or roller ensures a homogeneous distribution of quartz granules down to the smallest points of the surface, creating a very smooth, tough, and highly tear-resistant coating. It can also be used for resurfacing existing painted tennis court floors.
Low temperatures or high humidity will extend drying time. Maximum surface temperature is 60°C.
SURFACE PREPARATION
Prior to the application of one of the INNOVA Tennis Court Systems, new hot asphalt surfaces must be cured for a minimum of 14 days, and new concrete surfaces for a minimum of 28 days. Loose particles such as old paint, dirt, dust, as well as oil and grease residues must be removed from the surface. Ensure the floor is completely dry before applying INNOCUR PRECOAT.
SURFACE REPAIRS
The court surface is wet with water and left to dry. During drying, water accumulates in low areas. After identifying these areas with chalk and following the complete drying of the surface, they should be repaired with INNOcur Acrylic Repair Binder.
CONSUMPTION
The maximum dilution ratio of INNOPUR COURT AC-300 is 3:1. 1 kg of product covers 3 m² in a single coat. However, consumption varies depending on surface roughness.

APPLICATION GUIDE
Application
INNOPUR COURT AC-300 should be applied using a rubber squeegee in the same direction across the surface. If the surface is hot, moisten it with a water spray for optimal application. Water accumulation on the applied surface must not be allowed. The material is also suitable for roller application.
Drying and Curing Time
When applying two coats of INNOPUR COURT AC-300, wait at least 4 hours between coats for drying, and allow at least 24 hours after the final coat for full curing.
CLEANING
All tools used during application can be cleaned with water before drying.
CONSIDERATIONS DURING APPLICATION
Weather Conditions
INNOPUR COURT AC-300 must never be applied in rainy weather (while raining). The surface temperature for application must be between minimum 14°C and maximum 60°C. Application should strictly not be performed above 60°C.
Indoor Applications
In indoor applications, high relative humidity, low temperature, and inadequate ventilation may delay drying time. These three factors must be particularly taken into account indoors.
Frost Protection
Since INNOPUR COURT AC-300 is a water-based acrylic polymer, it must be protected from freezing during storage and transport.
