DESCRIPTION
INNOPUR COURT FLOOR AC-350, is a single-component acrylic latex polymer varnish developed especially for application on INNOPUR COURT FLOOR AC-300/310, available in clear/colored options.

USES
It creates high-durability surfaces when applied on INNOPUR COURT FLOOR AC-300/310 on tennis courts, volleyball, and basketball courts. It yields excellent results especially on newly coated floors.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

SURFACE PREPARATION
Acrylic surfaces where INNOPUR COURT FLOOR AC-350 will be applied must be free of dirt and dust; oil and oil-based materials that weaken adhesion must be removed from the surface.

APPLICATION METHODS
INNOPUR COURT FLOOR AC-350 should be applied to the floor in a thin film with a short-pile roller.
One coat application of INNOPUR COURT FLOOR AC-350 is recommended.

CONSUMPTION
INNOPUR COURT FLOOR AC-350 is a ready-to-use product. 1 kg of product can varnish 6.5 m2 of floor.
However, consumption varies depending on the absorbency of the surface.

POINTS TO CONSIDER
INNOPUR COURT FLOOR AC-350 should definitely not be applied in rainy weather (while it is raining); the surface temperature for application must be minimum 14°C and maximum 60°C. Application should strictly not be performed above 60°C.
In indoor applications, high relative humidity, low temperature, and inadequate ventilation may delay drying time. These three factors should be especially considered indoors.
Since INNOPUR COURT FLOOR AC-350 is a water-based acrylic polymer, it must be protected from freezing during storage and transport.

CLEANING OF TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT
All tools used in applications can be cleaned with water before drying.

STORAGE
It should be stored in unopened original locked containers, in cool and dry environments, protected from frost.

SHELF LIFE
12 months from the date of production under appropriate storage conditions at temperatures of 15-25°C.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
During application, work clothes, protective goggles, masks, and gloves suitable for Occupational Health and Safety must strictly be used. Application must be carried out in ventilated environments, and the applicator company must take all precautions in this regard. Contact of food and beverage materials with the products in the application area must strictly be prevented. Workers with chemical allergies must not be employed.
