DESCRIPTION
INNOPUR COURT FLOOR AC-100 is a transparent, single-component acrylic latex polymer material.

USES / APPLICATION AREAS
INNOPUR COURT FLOOR AC-100 is used to increase the adhesion of concrete or asphalt surfaces where the tennis court system will be applied.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

SURFACE PREPARATION
For the application of INNOPUR COURT FLOOR AC-100, new hot asphalt surfaces must be cured for a minimum of 14 days, and new concrete surfaces for a minimum of 28 days. Once mortar residue, etc., on the cured surface is removed by light sandblasting or brushing, the selected primer is applied. Loose particles such as old paint, dirt, dust, etc., on old concrete and cement plaster surfaces are removed by sandblasting, scraping, or brushing. Oil and grease residues are cleaned with detergent water; if neutralization is required, the surface is wiped with a 3-4% hydrochloric acid or acetic acid solution and washed with pressurized water. Care should be taken to ensure the surface is completely dry before applying INNOPUR COURT FLOOR AC-100.

APPLICATION METHODS
INNOPUR COURT FLOOR AC-100 should be applied with a brush or roller.

CONSUMPTION
INNOPUR COURT FLOOR AC-100 is a ready-to-use product. 1 kg of product can impregnate 6.5 m² of area. However, consumption varies depending on surface absorbency.

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS
-INNOPUR COURT FLOOR AC-100 must strictly not be applied during rainy weather. The surface temperature for application must be a minimum of 14°C and a maximum of 60°C. Application should definitely not be performed above 60°C.
-In indoor applications, high relative humidity, low temperature, and inadequate ventilation may delay drying time. These three factors should be especially considered indoors.
-Since INNOPUR COURT FLOOR AC-100 is a water-based acrylic polymer, it must be protected from freezing during storage and transport.

CLEANING OF TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT
All tools used during application can be cleaned with water before drying.

STORAGE
It should be stored in unopened original locked packaging in cool, dry places, protected from frost.

SHELF LIFE
12 months from the date of production under suitable storage conditions at temperatures of 15-25°C.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
During application, work clothes, protective goggles, mask, and gloves suitable for occupational health and safety must strictly be worn. Application must be carried out in ventilated environments, and the applicator company must take all precautions in this regard. Contact of food and beverage materials with products in the application area must be strictly prevented. Workers with chemical allergies must strictly not be employed.
