INNOPUR COURT FLOOR AC-200
INNOPUR COURT FLOOR AC-200
DESCRIPTION
Acrylic Resurfacer is a concentrated, 100% acrylic latex binder-based, single-component acrylic material applied to asphalt and concrete surfaces by mixing with silica sand. AREAS OF USE: INNOPUR COURT AC-200 Acrylic Resurfacer is used to increase the adhesion of the cushion system and asphalt surfaces where sports court systems will be applied, as well as a primer before repainting existing acrylic surfaces for sports courts.
Low temperatures or high humidity prolong drying time. Maximum surface temperature is 50˚C.
SURFACE PREPARATION
For Acrylic Resurfacer application, new hot asphalt surfaces must outgas for a minimum of 14–21 days. After removing mortar residues, etc., on the cured surface by light sandblasting or brushing, the selected primer is applied. Loose particles such as old paint, dirt, dust, etc., on old concrete and cement plaster surfaces are removed by sandblasting, scraping, or brushing. Oil and grease residues are cleaned with detergent water; if neutralization is required, it is washed with pressurized water. Ensure the surface is completely dry before applying Acrylic Resurfacer. Surface repairs: The court surface is wetted with water and left to dry. During drying, water collects in low areas. After marking these areas with chalk and following complete surface drying, they should be repaired with Acrylic Repair Binder. Primer: Priming asphalt surfaces with Acrylic Primer is necessary if the existing asphalt is exposed to severe weather conditions. When Acrylic Resurfacer is applied to new concrete surfaces, Acrylic Primer is required for adhesion.
CONSUMPTION
The maximum dilution ratio for Acrylic Resurfacer is 3:2. 1 kg of product can prime 4 m². However, consumption varies depending on surface roughness.
MIXING RATIOS
Acrylic Resurfacer 60 kg, Silica sand (50-55 Mesh) 60 kg
APPLICATION GUIDE
Application
Acrylic Resurfacer application should be performed in the same direction on the surface using a Rubber Squeegee. If the surface is hot, it should be moistened with a water spray for a smooth application. Water accumulation must not be allowed on the applied surface.
CLEANING
All tools used in application can be cleaned with water before drying.
PRECAUTIONS DURING APPLICATION
Weather Conditions: Acrylic Resurfacer must strictly not be applied in rainy weather (while raining); application surface temperature must be a minimum of 14˚C and maximum 50˚C. Application should strictly not be performed above 50˚C.
Indoor applications
In indoor applications, high relative humidity, low temperature, and inadequate ventilation can delay drying time. These three factors must be specifically considered indoors. Protection against freezing: Since Acrylic Resurfacer is a water-based acrylic polymer, it must be protected from freezing during storage and shipment.
