DESCRIPTION
INNOPUR COURT AC-250 CUSHION is an unpigmented sports court subbase material containing specially graded rubber granules and a 100% high-performance latex binder. AREAS OF USE: INNOPUR COURT AC-250 CUSHION is applied in 3 to 10 coats over Acrylic Resurfacer. Thus, special granulometric rubber particles form a compacted homogeneous thickness of 0.5-1 mm.

Low temperature or high humidity increases drying time. Maximum surface temperature is 50˚C.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Prior to any Tennis Court system application, new hot asphalt surfaces must be cured for a minimum of 14-21 days.

SURFACE CONDITIONS
Surfaces where CUSHION is applied must be free from dust, flaking paint layers, oily substances, chemical residues, and similar foreign contaminants to ensure excellent adhesion. CONSUMPTION: Maximum dilution ratio for CUSHION is 5:1. 1 kg of product covers 2 m2 in a single coat. However, consumption varies depending on surface roughness.

Mixing Ratios
CUSHION 50 kg, Water 10 kg. Additional water may be added under very hot application conditions.
APPLICATION GUIDE:

System Requirements
CUSHION should be applied in a minimum of 2 coats. Each coat of CUSHION provides a more homogeneous and dense CUSHION system. Application of CUSHION over Acrylic Resurfacer is recommended. For more information, refer to the Acrylic Resurfacer technical data sheet.

Application
INNOPUR COURT AC-250 CUSHION is applied from one end of the surface to the other in parallel coats using a rubber squeegee. If applied under hot weather conditions, water should be sprayed to keep the surface moist. When the first coat is completely dry, the second coat should be applied at a 90-degree angle to the previous one.

Drying and Curing Time
In INNOPUR COURT AC-250 CUSHION application, allow at least 4 hours between coats for drying; under normal weather conditions, a maximum of 2 coats can be applied per day. CLEANING: All tools used during application can be cleaned with water before drying.

POINTS TO CONSIDER DURING APPLICATION

Weather Conditions
INNOPUR COURT AC-250 CUSHION must strictly not be applied in rainy and humid weather (while raining); the surface temperature for application must be minimum 14˚C and maximum 50˚C. Application should strictly not be carried out above 60˚C.

Indoor Applications
In indoor applications, high relative humidity, low temperature, and inadequate ventilation may delay drying time. These three factors must be particularly taken into account indoors.
