INNOPUR COURT FLOOR PU PRIMER-1K

DESCRIPTION
INNOPUR PRIMER PU 150-1K is a single-component, low-viscosity, polyurethane-based primer material. It can be applied to many different types of substrates. The key feature of the product is its very low viscosity and balanced curing speed. Thanks to this, it perfectly covers and impregnates almost any type of surface, whether porous (regardless of pore condition) or non-porous (such as glass, metal), seamlessly and homogeneously. A delay in applying the main coat does not cause any problems. As a cost-effective and effective waterproofing material that enhances substrate durability, it can be applied to dry, damp, or even fresh concrete. The cured film exhibits superior mechanical properties. Elongation is >300%, and tensile strength is well above 30 N/mm2. Depending on the porosity of the substrate, it is applied by brush or roller with a consumption rate of 100-200 g/m2.

APPLICATION AREAS

Application areas as a primer
- Concrete structures (damp, wet, or moist concrete)
- Ceramic tiles
- Non-porous substrates such as glass, marble, and metal.
- Can also be used as a concrete waterproofing material.

LIMITATIONS
When used in areas exposed to sunlight, its color will fade. However, this is purely a visual change and does not affect performance in any way.

APPLICATION
If possible, the surface should be cleaned using a high-pressure washer; oil, grease, fuel, and paraffin residues must be removed, and it should also be completely cleared of form release agents, cement residues, sawdust, loose particles, and cured membranes. For surface defects, the use of sand-filled INNOPUR PRIMER PU 150 is recommended. Apply by brush or roller.

CLEANING
Clean tools and equipment with paper towels and then wipe with SOLVENT. PACKAGING: 20 L, 5 L.

SHELF LIFE
Can be stored for a minimum of 12 months in unopened original pails in dry environments at temperatures between 5°C and 25°C. The material in an opened pail should be used as soon as possible.
