INNOPUR SEAL EP GROUT-2K
DESCRIPTION
Epoxy resin-based, two-component, solvent-free, high-density repair putty applicable on concrete surfaces.
APPLICATION AREAS
• Used for fixing and filling cracks and surface defects on concrete floors
• For repairing surface defects prior to epoxy or polyurethane topcoat applications on medium to heavy-duty floors
• Used in concrete reinforcement and anchoring
• Used for chamfering.

APPLICATION INFORMATION
Surface Information
The application surface must be sound. All loose, weak particles, oil and paint residues, and laitance must be cleaned off.
Environmental Conditions
• Relative humidity should be maximum 90%, application temperature (ambient and surface) must be between +5°C and +35°C.
• It must not be rainy 24 hours prior to application, during application, and 24 hours after application in outdoor areas.
• Surface temperature must be at least 3°C above the current dew point temperature. (Please request the Ambient Temperature-Ambient Humidity-Dew Point chart from our company.)
Thermal Resistance
Resists short-term humid/wet heat up to 80°C (such as steam cleaning). Resists continuous dry heat up to 60°C, and short-term dry heat up to 100°C. (at 3-4 mm thickness)
Preparation of the Mixture
As it is a two-component product, taking pot life into account, only the amount to be consumed should be prepared in the specified mixing ratio. To achieve a homogeneous mixture, care should be taken that the product temperature is not less than 15°C. Equal volume amounts of components A and B should be placed on a putty preparation board and mixed with a spatula until a uniform color is achieved. The resulting mixture should be consumed within its pot life.
Application to the Surface
The prepared mixture is applied to the surface using a zero-trowel or spatula. For thicker applications, wait at least 12 hours before applying the second coat.
Cleaning of Tools
Clean with Cellulosic or Epoxy thinner.
Material Consumption
Theoretically 1.4 kg/m2 for every 1 mm thickness.
PACKAGING INFORMATION
A 5 kg set consists of net 3.75 kg Component A in one gallon and net 1.25 kg Component B in one gallon.
STORAGE INFORMATION
Material should be stored in a cool and dry place. Shelf life is 1 year for components A and B when stored correctly in unopened original packaging.
