DESCRIPTION
INNOPUR SEAL PU BITUMEN SELF-2K is a high-performance, two-component, bitumen-extended, self-leveling polyurethane-based ideal sealant developed for horizontal joints. It strongly adheres to almost all types of surfaces, forming a highly elastic layer. Its resistance to chemicals and mechanical effects is excellent. Its content is based on entirely elastomeric hydrophobic polyurethane resin and supported by chemically polymerized pure bitumen. It exhibits excellent durability under different climate and temperature conditions. In addition to its effective waterproofing properties, it also demonstrates superior resistance against chemicals and other destructive factors.

APPLICATION
Environmental Conditions: Relative humidity of the air should be max 80%, application temperature (ambient and surface) should be between +3°C and +35°C. No rain 24 hours prior to, during, and 24 hours after application in open areas.
Substrate temperature must be at least 3°C above the current dew point temperature.

Suitable surface types: Concrete, fiber cement, terrazzo, cement-based roof tiles, old but well-adhered acrylic and asphalt coatings, wood, corroded metal, and galvanized steel surfaces. For other substrates, please contact our technical department.

SURFACE PREPARATION
The surface should be cleaned using high-pressure water if possible; oil, grease, fuel, and paraffin residues must be removed, and it should be completely free of form release agents, cement residues, shavings, loose particles, and cured membranes. Mixing: Apply immediately with a trowel after mixing equal amounts of the two components by hand or with a low-speed mixer (300 rpm). Pot life of the mixture is 25-30 minutes at 20°C.

STORAGE CONDITIONS
The material should be stored in a cool and dry place. When stored correctly in original unopened packaging, the shelf life for components A and B is 1 year.
