DESCRIPTION
INNOPUR SEAL PU FLEX JOINT-2K is a high-performance, two-component, polyurethane-based ideal sealant developed for wide horizontal joints. It exhibits excellent durability against various climatic and temperature conditions. In addition to its effective waterproofing properties, it offers high resistance to chemicals and other destructive agents.

LIMITATIONS
Direct application on unstable or weak sub-layers is not recommended.

APPLICATION DETAILS
Recommended application temperature is between +5°C and +25°C. At higher temperatures, the pot life of the material decreases.

Surface Preparation
Ensure the joint is thoroughly cleaned and completely dry before application. If the joint base is open, a polyethylene (or polystyrene) backing rod should be used, leaving a gap equal to approximately half the joint width.

Priming
An appropriate primer should be selected based on the surface condition and weather conditions during application.

APPLICATION
After thoroughly mixing Component A and Component B, slowly pour it into the joint. Alternatively, a spatula or a suitable sealant gun can be used.

CLEANING
Clean tools and equipment first with paper towels, then wipe clean with acetone or xylene.

SHELF LIFE
Can be stored for a minimum of 12 months in unopened original pails in dry environments at temperatures of ±20°C.
