INNOPUR STONE UV RESIN -1K

INNOPUR STONE UV RESIN is a single-component, polyurethane-based liquid product with a high solid content. It cures with atmospheric moisture to form a highly durable and elastic film. It has excellent UV resistance and high hydrophobic properties. Due to its aliphatic structure, it does not fade or yellow when exposed to sunlight. Its formulation is based on pure elastomeric, hydrophobic, aliphatic polyurethane resin, which imparts excellent chemical, mechanical, and thermal resistance to the material against UV and other atmospheric factors.

It can also be used for concrete waterproofing. It can be applied in thick layers without bubbling.

Usage rate is 6%. It possesses high wetting and cross-linking properties. It provides fast drying even on damp concrete in cold weather.
It can be comfortably used on coastal walkways. It is unaffected by seawater.

INNOPUR STONE UV RESIN 1K definitely does not contain Epoxy base or Polyester base, which are produced with structural defects and exhibit condensation, mold/fungus growth, or UV instability.
INNOPUR STONE UV RESIN-1K is based on a special 100% non-yellowing, single-component polymer resin manufactured with NANO technology.

In its original pails, especially the large ones, the product may appear colored, but it becomes transparent after application.

INNO STONE UV RESIN 1K open-structure permeable aggregate system allows water to instantly drain to the base, preventing surface water ponding and allowing water to reach planted areas or ground drainage.

APPLICATION METHOD

Surface Preparation
The surface should be cleaned, preferably using pressurized water; oil, grease, fuel, and paraffin residues must be removed. Form release agents, cement residues, and shavings must be completely cleared. Surface defects and cracks should be filled and repaired with suitable products.

Priming
Regardless of the surface condition (porous or non-porous), (INNOPUR PRIMER PU 100-1K) must be used as a primer.

Binder Resin Application
Following the drying of the primer coat, the first stage of application involves mixing stone granules with 6% single-component polymer-based stone binder resin for approximately 10 minutes using a concrete mixer or forced-action mixer.

FLOOR COATING APPLICATION

FOR HORIZONTAL SURFACES
To achieve an 8 mm thickness using 2-4 mm or 4-7 mm stone granules, an average of 13 kg of stone aggregate requires 0.800 kg of polymer-based stone binder resin per square meter.
(Stone granule sizes can be selected as desired)
The mixture is laid on the ground by compacting it with a plate compactor, power float, or trowel, similar to laying asphalt.

FOR VERTICAL SURFACES
To achieve a 5-6 mm thickness using 2-4 mm or 4-7 mm stone granules, an average of 8 kg of stone aggregate requires 0.420 kg of polymer-based stone binder resin per square meter. A thixotropic/thickening powder must be added to achieve consistency and cling to the wall.
