DESCRIPTION
INNOPUR STONE UV PROTEC VARNISH-1K is a single-component, polyurethane-based liquid product with a high solid content. It cures with moisture in the air to form a highly durable and elastic film. It has excellent UV resistance and high hydrophobic properties. Due to its aliphatic structure, it does not fade or yellow when exposed to sunlight. Its content is based on pure elastomeric, hydrophobic, aliphatic polyurethane resin, which gives the material excellent chemical, mechanical, and thermal resistance in addition to UV and other natural factors.

APPLICATION AREAS
-Tiles such as marble and ceramics.
-Natural stones.
-Verandas and terraces.
-Wooden surfaces.
-Concrete waterproofing.

ADVANTAGES
-Has excellent weather and UV resistance.
-Thermal resistance is excellent, the product never softens.
-Maximum service temperature is 80°C; maximum shock temperature is 200°C.
-Can be applied without dilution. However, when necessary, it can be diluted with a special solvent.
-Resistance to cold: The film retains its elasticity down to -40°C.
-Has excellent mechanical properties.
-Effective resistance against chemicals.
-Effective in water vapor permeability: Since the film breathes, no moisture accumulation occurs underneath.

APPLICATION INFORMATION

Environmental Conditions
Relative air humidity should be maximum 80%, application temperature (ambient and surface) should be between +3°C and +35°C.
It should not rain 24 hours before, during, and 24 hours after application in outdoor areas.
Substrate temperature must be 3°C above the current dew point temperature. (Please request the Ambient Temperature-Ambient Humidity-Dew Point Temperature table from our company.)
Not recommended for unstable substrates. Should not be applied in thick layers.

Suitable surface types for successful results:
Tiles, cement-based roof tiles, concrete, wood, corroded metal, and galvanized steel surfaces.

Surface Preparation
The surface should be cleaned using pressurized water if possible; oil, grease, fuel, and paraffin residues should be removed, and it should also be completely freed from mold release agents, cement residues, sawdust, loose particles, and cured membranes. The application surface must be DRY.

Priming
Does not require priming.

Mixing
Ready to use. Can be applied without dilution. Special solvent can be used when necessary.

CONSUMPTION
Minimum total consumption: 0.1-0.3 kg/m2

STORAGE INFORMATION
Can be stored for a minimum of 12 months in unopened original buckets in dry environments at temperatures between 5°C and 25°C. The material in an opened bucket should be used as soon as possible.
