INNOPUR SHIELD PU AROMATIC COLD POLYUREA
DESCRIPTION
A two-component, 95% solids aromatic polyurea system. Developed for manual application (roller or trowel) in multi-component systems. It offers excellent elasticity and features a specially formulated polymer profile to enhance adhesion. Ideal for commercial and industrial applications requiring high abrasion and impact resistance. Must be topcoated with a non-yellowing (aliphatic) polyurethane coating for outdoor applications.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Surface Preparation
Application surface must be sound. Concrete must have a minimum compressive strength of 25 N/mm² and a minimum pull-off strength of 1.5 N/mm². New concrete should be aged for at least 28 days depending on the season, with a maximum moisture content of 5-6%. All loose particles, oil, paint residues, and laitance must be removed. Cracks and defects should be repaired in advance. Concrete surface laitance and shiny screed should be mechanically roughened using shot blasting, scarifying, or diamond grinding and then vacuumed clean.
Environmental Conditions
Relative humidity should be max 80%, application temperature (ambient and surface) between +5°C and +35°C. No rain 24 hours prior to, during, and 24 hours after application outdoors. Surface temperature must be at least 3°C above the dew point.
Mixing
It is a two-component product; mix only the amount to be consumed within its pot life. Ensure product temperature is above 10°C. Stir Component A mechanically, then add Component B in the specified ratio and mix until homogeneous.
Application Method
Apply the prepared mixture by roller or trowel to saturate the surface and seal pores. Recoating interval is minimum 8 hours (at 20°C) and maximum 24 hours.
Consumption
Minimum consumption: 1-1.5 kg/m²
PACKAGING
18 kg set consisting of 12 kg Component A (in a bucket) and 6 kg Component B (in a gallon).
STORAGE
Store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life is 1 year in unopened original packaging.
