INNOPUR SHIELD PU WATER STOP INJECTA LV
DESCRIPTION
A single-component, polyurethane-based hydrophobic injection resin that reacts with water to form an elastic sealing mortar. Developed for sealing and waterproofing cracks and joints in concrete surfaces. Effectively stops water leaks and seepages. Penetrates deep into capillary cracks due to its low viscosity. Recommended for use on structural concrete elements subject to movement. The volumetric and mass structure of the foam formed in the joint remains stable. It does not suffer physical degradation such as shrinkage or loss of volume. Complies with VOC regulations and is TDI (Toluene Diisocyanate) free. Free of odor, fillers, and solvents, it is hydrolysis-resistant and suitable for contact with potable water.
Applied with a single-component injection pump.

APPLICATION DETAILS
Mixing
First mix the material with INNOPUR SHIELD PU WATER STOP INJECTA LV Catalyst for approximately 1 minute until homogeneous. The catalyst ratio varies between 8% and 10% depending on the moisture and temperature condition of the substrate. Pay strict attention to prevent the mixture from coming into contact with water prior to application.
Application
Gradually increase the pumping pressure, starting from minimum until the desired level is reached. The injection volume generally depends on the size of the void to be filled and the substrate condition. During the reaction triggered by moisture after mixing, a thin film forms on the surface. Puncturing this layer with a sharp object or removing it allows continued use of the underlying mixture.

SHELF LIFE
Store in a cool, dry environment in unopened original packaging, protected from air contact. Under these conditions, the shelf life is 12 months.
CLEANING
After injection, pump a water-free suitable cleaning agent or oil through the hose lines and the pump.
