DESCRIPTION
Two-component thixotropic coating material made of high quality elastomeric polyurethane resins. SOLVENT-FREE. After polymerization, it forms a strong, elastic, and hydrophobic film. Especially recommended for water tank waterproofing. INNOPUR SHIELD PU WTF 2K-E also provides seamless, monolithic coating on surfaces with complex details such as chimneys, antennas, and pipes. Applied in two coats with a roller at 700 g/m² per coat. A single coat application with a consumption rate of 1400 g/m² is sufficient for tank floors.

FEATURES
• Excellent adhesion to almost any type of surface.
• Can be applied comfortably in enclosed spaces as it contains NO SOLVENT.

• Performs across a wide temperature range. Thermal resistance is between -40°C and 90°C.

POT LIFE
The pot life of the mixed two components is 30 minutes at 20°C.

To extend pot life
• Keep the container with the mixture in a cool place away from sunlight.
• Pour the mixed product onto the surface to loosen it, then spread.
• Pour the mixed product into a separate shallow and wide container.

PACKAGING
12 kg (comp. A: 10 kg, comp. B: 2 kg) and 24 kg (comp. A: 20 kg, comp. B: 4 kg)

CONSUMPTION
For each coat: 700 g/m².

Minimum total consumption
1.4 kg/m².

CLEANING
Clean tools and equipment with paper towels first, then wipe with SOLVENT. Rollers cannot be reused.

COLOR
RAL 7040 (grey) / RAL 9001 (off-white)

SHELF LIFE
Can be stored for a minimum of 12 months in unopened original pails in dry environments at temperatures between 5°C and 25°C. Material in opened pails should be consumed as quickly as possible.
