DESCRIPTION
A high-performance, two-component, bitumen-extended, thixotropic polyurethane-based sealant ideal for vertical joints. It strongly adheres to almost all surfaces, forming a highly elastic layer. It offers excellent resistance to chemical and mechanical effects. Based on entirely elastomeric hydrophobic polyurethane resin and modified with chemically polymerized pure bitumen, it exhibits outstanding durability under varying climatic and temperature conditions. In addition to effective waterproofing, it provides superior resistance to chemicals and other destructive factors.

ADVANTAGES

• Functions effectively as a water vapor barrier.

APPLICATION

Environmental Conditions
Relative humidity should be max 80%, application temperature (ambient and substrate) between +3°C and +35°C. No rain should occur 24 hours prior to application, during application, and 24 hours post-application in open areas. Substrate temperature must be at least 3°C above the current dew point.

Suitable Substrates
Concrete, fiber cement, terrazzo, cement-based roof tiles, old but well-adhered acrylic and asphalt coatings, wood, corroded metal, and galvanized steel surfaces. For other substrates, please contact our technical department.

SURFACE PREPARATION
If possible, clean the surface using high-pressure water; remove oil, grease, fuel, and paraffin residues, as well as mold release agents, cement residue, dust, loose particles, and cured membranes completely.

Mixing
Mix equal amounts of the two components by hand or with a low-speed mixer (300 rpm) and apply immediately with a trowel. Pot life of the mixture is 25-30 minutes at 20°C.

Application
Apply the material with a trowel.

Minimum Total Consumption
1.5-1.8 kg/m².

PACKAGING
A : 5 KG , B : 5 KG + ( 0.7 kg thickener powder. )

STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store in a cool and dry place. In unopened original packaging and under proper storage conditions, the shelf life for components A and B is 1 year.
