INNOPUR PRIMER PU MICRO-1K

DESCRIPTION
Single-component, low-viscosity, 100% aliphatic polyurethane-based primer suitable for all substrates. Along with its low viscosity, its key feature is excellent adhesion to both porous and non-porous surfaces, along with outstanding impregnation ability. It cures faster compared to other materials and does not yellow (fade). The cured film offers effective resistance against mechanical influences: Elongation percentage >100, tensile strength is above 40 N/mm². Applied with brush or roller. Consumption rate is 100-200 g/m² depending on the porosity of the substrate.

APPLICATION AREAS
Application areas as a primer:
• When a non-yellowing primer is required
• Ceramic tiles
• Non-porous surfaces such as glass, marble, and metal
• Also used as a concrete sealant.

APPLICATION DETAILS
The surface should be cleaned, if possible using high-pressure water; oil, grease, fuel, and paraffin residues must be removed. It must also be completely cleared of mold release agents, cement residues, sawdust, loose particles, and cured membranes.

CLEANING
Clean tools and equipment with paper towels and then wipe with SOLVENT. Rollers cannot be reused.

SHELF LIFE
Can be stored for a minimum of 12 months in unopened original pails in dry conditions between 5°C and 25°C. Material in opened pails should be used as quickly as possible.
