INNOPUR MICRO SEALER PU 200-1K

DESCRIPTION
Single-component, 100% solvent-free polyurethane-based primer. Suitable for all substrates. The key feature of the product is its very low viscosity and balanced curing speed. Thanks to this, it perfectly, fully, and homogeneously coats and impregnates all types of surfaces, whether porous (regardless of pore condition) or non-porous (such as glass, metal). Delays in applying the topcoat do not cause any issues. As a cost-effective and efficient waterproofing material that enhances substrate durability, it can be applied to dry, damp, or even green concrete. The cured film possesses superior mechanical properties and provides excellent adhesion: Elongation is 400%, and tensile strength is well above 30 N/mm². Applied by brush or roller at a consumption rate of 100-500 g/m² depending on substrate porosity.

APPLICATION AREAS
As a primer:
• Concrete structures (damp, wet, or fresh concrete)
• Ceramic tiles
• Non-porous substrates such as glass, marble, and metal.

Can also be used as a concrete waterproofing sealer.

APPLICATION
The surface should ideally be cleaned using high-pressure water; oil, grease, fuel, and paraffin residues must be removed. Form release agents, cement residue, wood chips, loose particles, and cured membranes should also be completely cleared. For surface imperfections, using sand-filled INNOPUR MICRO SEALER-PU 200 is recommended. Apply with a brush or roller. Once cured, proceed with the application of the main membrane.

Thinning
To reduce the risk of bubble formation and maintain consumption below 500 g/m², thinning up to 5% with SOLVENT is recommended.

CONSUMPTION
100-500 g/m² depending on substrate porosity.

CLEANING
Clean tools and equipment with paper towels and then wipe with SOLVENT. Rollers cannot be reused.

PACKAGING
6 kg, 16 kg, 200 kg metal packaging.

SHELF LIFE
Can be stored for a minimum of 12 months in unopened original pails in dry conditions at temperatures between 5°C and 25°C. Material in opened pails should be consumed as quickly as possible.

SAFETY INFORMATION
Contains volatile flammable solvents. Work in well-ventilated, non-smoking environments away from open flames. In enclosed areas, use ventilation fans and wear carbon-filter masks. Note that solvent vapors are heavier than air and gather near the ground. Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) is available upon request.
