DESCRIPTION
It is a single-component, low-viscosity, polyurethane-based primer containing 50% solvent. It is designed to suit different types or positions of substrates. The main feature of the product is its very low viscosity and balanced curing speed. Thanks to this, it perfectly covers and impregnates almost all types of surfaces, whether porous or non-porous (such as glass, metal), holistically and homogeneously. It does not cause problems even if the application of the main coat is delayed. As a cost-effective, effective waterproofing material that increases the durability of the substrate, it can be applied to dry, wet, or even fresh concrete. The cured film exhibits superior mechanical properties. Elongation >300%, tensile strength well over 30 N/mm². Applied by brush or roller at a consumption of 100-200 g/m² depending on substrate porosity.

AREAS OF USE
Application areas as a primer:
• Concrete structures (damp, wet or moist concrete)
• Ceramic tiles
• Non-porous substrates such as glass, marble, and metal. It can also be used as a concrete waterproofing material.

APPLICATION
The surface should be cleaned, preferably using high-pressure water; oil, grease, fuel, and paraffin residues must be removed, as well as mold release agents, cement residue, shavings, loose particles, and cured membranes. For surface defects, sand-treated INNOPUR MICRO SEALER-PU 150 is recommended. Apply by brush or roller. Once cured, proceed to the application of the main membrane.

CLEANING
Clean tools and equipment with paper towels and then wipe with SOLVENT. Rollers cannot be reused.

PACKAGING
6 kg, 16 kg, 200 kg metal pails.

SHELF LIFE
Can be stored for a minimum of 12 months in unopened original buckets in dry environments at temperatures between 5°C and 25°C. Material in opened buckets should be used as soon as possible.

SAFETY INFORMATION
Contains volatile flammable solvents. Work in well-ventilated, non-smoking areas away from open flames. In enclosed spaces, use ventilators and wear masks with carbon filters. Remember that solvents are heavier than air and collect near the floor. Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) is available upon request.
