DESCRIPTION
INNOPUR SPORT PU TOPCOAT MAT VARNISH is a two-component, low-viscosity, high UV-resistant, aliphatic acrylic resin-based matte floor coating material.

USES

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Surface Preparation
The application surface must be clean and solid. Attention should be paid to the recoating interval of the previous primer or intermediate coat.

Resistance
Mechanically resistant to medium and heavy mechanical impacts. Thermally resistant up to +80°C in humid heat (without simultaneous chemical and mechanical action), and up to +120°C in dry heat.

Environmental Conditions
✓ Relative humidity of the air should be max 80%, application temperature (ambient and surface) must be between +5°C and +35°C.
✓ There should be no rain 24 hours before, during, and 24 hours after application in outdoor areas.
✓ Substrate temperature must be at least 3°C above the dew point. (Please request the Ambient Temperature / Ambient Humidity / Dew Point table from our company.)

Mixing Instructions
It is a two-component product; considering the pot life, prepare only the required amount according to the specified mixing ratio. Ensure product temperature is not below 15°C for a homogeneous mix. Component A should be mixed briefly with a mechanical stirrer, then hardener (Component B) is added paying attention to the mixing ratio. Mix Components A and B with a mechanical stirrer for at least 3 minutes until homogeneous.

Application Method
The prepared mixture is applied by roller or airless spray to saturate the surface. Recommended consumption is 100-150 g/m2 in 2-3 coats. The minimum recoat interval is 4 hours (20°C), with no maximum limit. It is critical to apply the second coat within the specified recoat window. Full mechanical and chemical resistance is achieved in approx. 7 days.

Cleaning of Tools
With Cellulosic or Polyurethane thinner.

PACKAGING INFORMATION
A 16.5 kg set of INNOPUR SPORT PU TOPCOAT MAT VARNISH consists of net 15 kg Component A in a bucket and net 1.5 kg Component B in a gallon.

STORAGE CONDITIONS
Material should be stored in a cool and dry place. In original unopened packaging and stored correctly, shelf life is 1 year for Component A and 6 months for Component B.
