DESCRIPTION
INNOPUR SPORT PU BINDER 100 is a polyurethane-based, single-component, solvent-free SBR and EPDM rubber binder material with a flexible structure, designed for bonding mats used in seamless floor applications to the ground for sports fields. It is resistant to chemical effects, physical stress, and minor ground movements.

ADVANTAGES
INNOPUR SPORT BINDER is polyurethane-based and single-component. It is solvent-free. It is used as a binder for rubber granules inside the shock-absorbing layer. It is used for bonding mats used in seamless floor applications to the subfloor. The surface structures of the bonded surfaces can be similar or different. It is resistant to chemical effects, physical stresses, and minor ground movements. It can be easily applied on underfloor heated floors. Elastic. Multipurpose. It can be used on all kinds of floors and indoors/outdoors.

APPLICATION
SBR and EPDM rubber granules are mixed with INNOPUR SPORT PU BINDER (15%-20%) in a suitable mixer for 5-10 minutes. After this application, the mixture is poured into the finisher machine. Finally, the material can be applied to the surface in the desired thickness.

STORAGE
Materials should be stored in temperature-controlled warehouses kept at 10-30°C, protected from sunlight and moisture. Materials should be kept away from open flames and sources that may pose a fire hazard. Under these conditions, the material will retain its properties for 9-12 months from the date of production in its unopened packaging.
