DEFINITION
INNOPUR SPORT PU SELF LEVELING 3025 is a flexible, self-leveling elastomeric, solvent-free 2-component polyurethane-based sports flooring material.

AREAS OF USE
INNOPUR SPORT PU SELF LEVELING 3025 is a liquid-applied multipurpose sports floor coating that creates athletic floors with high impact resistance and durability. INNOPUR SPORT SELF 3025 can also be used to coat flexible floors created by laying mats produced using rubber granules, poured-in-place rubber granules, or laying polyurethane foam mats. These multi-layer sports floor systems create durable surfaces suitable for all traditional sports activities such as basketball and volleyball. It can also be applied over other surfaces such as wood. It is recommended to use a suitable UV-resistant topcoat to increase the chemical resistance and color stability of floors obtained using INNOPUR SPORT PU SELF 3025.

APPLICATION

Required Environmental Conditions for Application
Maximum ambient humidity should be 80% - Ambient temperature should be between 10-30 °C - It should not be rainy 24 hours before, during, and 24 hours after application in outdoor areas - Floor temperature must be 3 °C above the dew point temperature at that moment. Required Substrate Conditions for Application
If INNOPUR SPORT PU SELF 3025 is to be applied on concrete floors:

✓ Floor temperature should be between 10-30 °C.
✓ Concrete floor moisture must be less than 4%. If necessary, measurement should be made with a suitable device.
✓ New concrete floors must be at least 28 days old.
✓ Tensile strength of concrete substrate must be Min. 1.5 N/mm².

Mixing
INNOPUR SPORT PU SELF 3025 is a 2-component product and used by mixing at A: B-16:3.5 (by weight) ratios. In 2-component polyurethane systems, homogeneous mixing of components A and B at recommended mixing ratios is critical for maximum performance. Component A is mixed first to homogenize if settling has occurred. Component B is poured into Component A. It is mixed for at least 3 minutes with a 200-300 rpm mixer. Packaging sides and bottoms are scraped well with mixer blades and trowel.

Application
Immediately after ensuring components A and B are homogeneously mixed, INNOPUR SPORT PU SELF 3025 is first applied to the prepared surface at 0.5-0.6 Kg/m² using a notched trowel or squeegee. This pre-application before the final INNOPUR SPORT PU SELF 3025 application provides a smoother surface and prevents blistering caused by potential air bubbles. Although INNOPUR SPORT PU SELF 3025 air-release property has been specifically enhanced with chemical additives, spiked roller application is recommended within 10-15 minutes after application. Since 2-component polyurethane systems are more reactive to moisture, contact of the surface with water should be prevented for 24 hours after application. Otherwise, foaming may occur.

POT LIFE / MIXTURE USE TIME
Application conditions of 2-component polyurethane systems depend heavily on ambient temperature. At the same time, pot life depends heavily on the mixed quantity.

With Increase in Temperature:
- Reaction of components A and B accelerates - Gains consistency quickly and therefore must be spread on the surface faster.

With Decrease in Temperature:
- Reaction of components A and B slows down - Pot life is longer - Fluidity decreases. Consumption increases due to density increase. In 2-component polyurethane systems, component A and component B enter a chemical reaction and generate heat, raising the temperature of the mixture. With an increase in the mixed quantity, the temperature rise becomes higher and faster. Especially on hot days, it is important to spread the mixture on the surface immediately to achieve a longer working time. Alternatively, the mixture can be placed in a tray with a wide surface area or mixed in small quantities by weighing.

APPLICATION TOOLS
Application can be made with a notched trowel or squeegee.

CONSUMPTION
To obtain a 1 mm floor coating, 1.15-1.25 Kg per 1 m² should be used.

CLEANING
Can be done with Thinner while wet. Can be cleaned mechanically after curing.

SHELF LIFE
Should be stored in dry conditions between 15-25 ºC in original packaging. Should not be exposed to direct sunlight. Shelf life is 1 year under these conditions.
