Description
Two-component, polyurethane-based, self-leveling flexible floor coating for athletics tracks. INNOPUR SPORT PU SELF ATH-200 is a flexible, self-leveling elastomeric, solvent-free 2-component polyurethane-based flooring material developed for athletics tracks.

AREAS OF USE
INNOPUR SPORT PU SELF ATH-200 is a liquid-applied multipurpose sports floor coating that creates athletic floors with high impact resistance and durability. INNOPUR SPORT PU SELF ATH-200 can be used for coating flexible floors created by laying mats produced using rubber granules or by pouring rubber granules in place. To increase the chemical resistance and color stability of floors obtained using INNOPUR SPORT PU SELF ATH-200, it is recommended to use a suitable UV-resistant topcoat.

APPLICATION
Environmental Conditions Required for Application
✓ Maximum ambient humidity must be 80% - Ambient temperature must be between 10-30 °C - It should not be rainy in outdoor applications 24 hours before, during, and 24 hours after application
✓ Substrate temperature must be 3 °C above the dew point temperature at that moment. Ambient temperature

If INNOPUR SPORT PU SELF ATH-200 is to be applied on concrete floors
✓ Substrate temperature must be between 10-30 °C.
✓ Moisture content of the concrete substrate must be less than 4%. If necessary, measure with an appropriate device.
✓ New concrete floors must be at least 28 days old.
✓ Tensile strength of the substrate concrete must be Min. 1.5 N/mm².

Mixing
INNOPUR SPORT PU SELF ATH-200 consists of 2 components and is used by mixing in the ratio A: B - 100:65 (by weight). Homogeneous mixing of components A and B at the recommended mixing ratios is critical for maximum performance in 2-component polyurethane systems. First, component A is stirred to homogenize if settling has occurred. Component B is poured into component A. It is mixed with a 200-300 rpm mixer for a minimum of 3 minutes. The walls and bottom of the packaging are thoroughly scraped with mixer blades and a trowel.

CONSUMPTION
2-2.5 kg per m² should be used to obtain a 2 mm floor coating.

CLEANING
It can be done with Thinner while wet. It can be cleaned mechanically after curing.

SHELF LIFE
Must be stored in original packaging in dry conditions between 15-25 ºC. Must not be exposed to direct sunlight. Under these conditions, the shelf life is 1 year.
