INNOPUR SPORT PU SPRAY VARNISH ATH-400

DESCRIPTION
INNOPUR SPORT PU SPRAY VARNISH-ATH 400 is a single-component, low-viscosity, aliphatic polyurethane resin-based protective topcoat floor varnish providing a glossy appearance with 100% UV and chemical resistance. It is specially applied as a protective coating over spray coating and sandwich floorings on athletics tracks.

APPLICATION AREAS
✓ Over E.P.D.M or S.B.R granules,
✓ Over PVC floor coverings,
✓ Over exterior decorative stone paving and similar coatings,
✓ Used as an easily cleanable, chemical and abrasion-resistant protective topcoat varnish.

ADVANTAGES

✓ Resistant to water and outdoor weather conditions (rain and snow/ice),
✓ Suitable for light to medium-heavy pedestrian traffic,
✓ Elastic, provides crack bridging,
✓ Thermally resistant, operates between -40°C and +90°C,
✓ Resistant to detergents, oils, seawater, and domestic chemicals,
✓ Mechanically damaged or worn parts can be easily repaired.

Environmental Conditions
✓ Relative humidity of the air must be minimum 50% and maximum 85%; application temperature (ambient and surface) must be between +10°C and +35°C.
✓ Rain must not occur 24 hours prior to application in outdoor areas, during application, and 24 hours after application.
✓ Substrate temperature must be at least 3°C above the current dew point temperature. (Please request the Ambient Temperature-Ambient Humidity-Dew Point chart from our company.)

Surface Application
The product is applied to the previously prepared and primed surface using a roller or airless spray to fully saturate the surface.

Recommended Consumption
0.200-0.300 kg/m² in 2 coats.

Cleaning of Tools
With Cellulosic or Polyurethane thinner.

PACKAGING INFORMATION
15 Kg metal pail, 215 Kg steel drum.

STORAGE INFORMATION
Material should be stored in a cool and dry place. Shelf life is 1 year when stored properly in unopened original packaging.
