AQUA GUARD PURE RESIN 800

DESCRIPTION
An 800% elastic waterproofing product produced with new generation polymer technology, hard yet flexible, filler-free, water-based, aliphatic liquid coating that cures upon application to provide complete water impermeability. Applied to dry and slightly damp surfaces as a viscous, solvent-free liquid. Manufactured with a special polymerization technique, the PURE RESIN 800-1K dispersion is resistant to UV rays.

SURFACE PREPARATION AND APPLICATION
Surfaces to be treated must be dry or slightly damp. Surfaces must be clean, sound, load-bearing, and free from loose particles. Corners must be chamfered horizontally or vertically at a 45° angle and prepared for waterproofing. Layers that reduce adhesion such as oil, grease, dirt, paint, laitance, rust, mold release oil, and salt efflorescence must be completely cleaned prior to application. After surface preparation, proceed with priming.

APPLICATION
Surfaces must be clean, sound, load-bearing, and free from loose particles. Contaminants such as oil, grease, dirt, paint, laitance, rust, release agent, and salt efflorescence must be completely removed. AQUA GUARD PURE RESIN 800-1K is single-component and ready to use. Mix until homogenous before application using a low-speed mixer. Surfaces with high water absorption, such as concrete, must be primed first. For priming, dilute AQUA GUARD PURE RESIN 800-1K (18 kg) with 50% water and apply across the surface via brush/roller/airless spray. Following primer application, apply the neat product onto the surface using roller/brush/airless spray. Geotextile or mesh reinforcing can be embedded before the product dries. Depending on ambient temperature, apply the second coat crosswise 2-4 hours after the first coat dries.

CLEANING
Clean tools and equipment with water.

SHELF LIFE
Can be stored for at least 12 months in unopened original packaging in dry conditions at 5-25 °C. Once opened, use as soon as possible. Protect from freezing conditions.

WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS
• Do not apply on wet or frozen surfaces.
• Observe safety symbols and warnings on the packaging.
• Ensure adequate ventilation in workshops; keep away from open flames and high heat.
• Mix thoroughly before application. Do not leave the container open.
• Avoid application in rainy conditions or when rain is expected.
• Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and mouth; apply wearing necessary personal protective equipment. Avoid applying at temperatures below +10°C and above +35°C; do not attempt to use frozen material by adding dust or water.
