DESCRIPTION
A new generation polymer technology, rigid yet elastic, filler-free, water-based, aliphatic liquid-applied product providing 600% elastic water impermeability upon drying. Applied to dry and slightly damp surfaces as a solvent-free viscous liquid. Manufactured with a special polymerization technique, AQUA GUARD POLYMER 600 dispersion is UV resistant.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Application surfaces must be dry or slightly damp. Surfaces must be clean, sound, load-bearing, and free from loose particles. Fillets at a 45° angle horizontally or vertically must be made at corners to prepare for waterproofing. Layers reducing adhesion such as oil, grease, dirt, paint, cement laitance, rust, mold release oil, and efflorescence must be thoroughly cleaned before application. Primer application should begin after surface preparation.

APPLICATION
Surfaces must be clean, sound, load-bearing, and free from loose particles. Layers reducing adhesion such as oil, grease, dirt, paint, cement laitance, rust, mold release oil, and efflorescence must be fully cleaned prior to application. AQUA GUARD POLYMER 600 is single-component and ready to use. It can be mixed until homogenous prior to application. Mixing should be done with a low-speed mixer. Surfaces with high water absorption, especially concrete, must be primed first. Following primer application, apply the product using roller, brush, or airless spray. Geotextile or mesh application can be carried out before drying occurs. The second coat should be applied crosswise after the first coat dries (between 2-4 hours depending on ambient temperature).

CLEANING
Tools and equipment are cleaned with water.

SHELF LIFE
Can be stored for at least 12 months in dry, unopened original packaging at temperatures between 5-25 °C. Once opened, use as soon as possible. Protect from freezing conditions.

WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS
• Do not apply on wet or frozen surfaces.
• Pay attention to safety signs and warnings on the package.
• Ensure adequate ventilation in workshops; keep away from open flames and high heat.
• Mix thoroughly before application. Do not leave the container lid open.
• Avoid application during rainy weather or when rain is expected.
• Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and mouth; apply taking necessary occupational safety measures. Avoid application at temperatures below +10°C and above +35°C; do not attempt to use frozen material by adding dust or water.
