AQUA GUARD ELASTOMER PRO

DESCRIPTION
Ready-to-use, UV-resistant, super elastic waterproofing material based on elastomeric resin.

AREAS OF USE
Used as a UV-resistant, colored, ready-to-use, super elastic waterproofing material on indoor and outdoor areas of all structures, roofs, gutters, chimney and parapet edges, and northern facades.

APPLICATION SURFACES
• Cement-based screeds, plasters, exposed concrete, and slabs
• Galvanized, zinc, and aluminum surfaces
• Old bituminous surfaces (at least 1 year old)

SURFACE PREPARATION
• The surface must be clean, smooth, sound, and free from loose particles and contaminants like formwork oil that prevent adhesion.
• Surfaces to be applied must be primed with Aqua Guard Elastomer Pro diluted with water at a ratio of 1/4.
• Difficult surfaces such as old bituminous and metal surfaces must be primed with PRIMER EP 2K for high adhesion.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS
• Ambient temperature should be between +10°C and +35°C.
• Application should be avoided in very humid and/or very hot weather.
• It should not be applied on frozen or thawing surfaces, or surfaces with a risk of frost within 24 hours.

CONSUMPTION
1.5-2.0 kg/m² (for 1 mm application thickness)

APPLICATION TOOLS
Brush, roller, spray.

Application
• After the primer coat has dried, Aqua Guard Elastomer Pro should be applied undiluted in at least 2 coats over the entire surface by roller, brush, or spraying method.
• Fine cracks, joints, corners, and edges should be reinforced with polyester fleece after the first coat application.
• On terrace roofs, polyester fleece application should be made over the entire surface after the first coat. After the first coat dries, the second coat should be applied perpendicular to the first coat.
• At least 6 hours should be waited between coats.

WARNINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
• Do not apply against negative water pressure.
• Salty water must never be used.
• Foreign materials must never be added.
• All tools used after application must be washed with water before drying.

STORAGE
Packaging: 20 kg and 5 kg plastic buckets (5 kg available only in gray and white colors)

SHELF LIFE
• 1 year from the date of production in dry and cool environments.
• Packaging must be tightly closed when not in use.
• Packaging must be protected from freezing.

• Protect your eyes and face.
• Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
