DESCRIPTION
Polymer emulsion modified, cement-based, two-component, semi-flexible waterproofing mortar

APPLICATION AREA
Used as an under-tile waterproofing material in all structures, especially in wet areas such as balconies, bathrooms, toilets, and kitchens.

APPLICATION LIMITS
• Do not apply on wood, particleboard, plywood, and metal surfaces.
• Do not apply against negative water pressure.
• Do not apply in drinking water tanks and open terraces.
• Should not be left exposed in areas subject to direct sunlight.

APPLICATION CHARACTERISTICS
• Number of coats: 2-3 coats.
• Pot life of mortar: max. 2 hours.
• Waiting time between coats: min. 6 hours.
• Waiting time for tiling: min. 3 days.
• Mechanical strength gain time: 3 days.
• Time to achieve impermeability: 7 days.
• Full curing time: min 48 hours.

WARNINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
• Only its own liquid component should be used for mixing; never add water.
• Foreign materials must strictly not be added.
• In wet area applications, moving points and vertical/horizontal corners should be supported with aqua guard corner sealing tapes.
• Applied surfaces must be protected from direct sunlight, air currents, and frost for 3 days. If necessary, the surface should be wetted and kept moist.
• A protective layer such as ceramics should be applied on surfaces subject to mechanical impacts.
• Do not proceed with ceramic tile installation before 3 days have passed since application.
• All tools used after application should be washed with water before drying.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS
• Ambient temperature: +5 °C to +30 °C.
• Avoid application in very humid and/or very hot weather.
• Do not apply on frozen, thawing surfaces, or surfaces at risk of rain or frost within 24 hours.

APPLICATION
• For each coat, 20 kg of powder component should be added slowly to 5 kg of liquid component and mixed with a low-speed mixer for approximately 2-3 minutes until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.
• After letting the mixture rest for 2 minutes, it should be remixed before application.
• Apply at least 2 coats to the entire surface using a brush or trowel. Each coat should be applied perpendicular to the previous one.
• Wait at least 6 hours between coats.

CONSUMPTION
3.5-4 kg/m² for 2 mm thickness

Net 20 kg kraft bag and 5 kg plastic jug.

SHELF LIFE
1 year from the date of production in dry and moisture-free environments. Packages should be tightly closed when not in use. Protect the liquid component from frost.
