AQUA GUARD CERAMIC-TILE ELASTO

DESCRIPTION
It is an extremely durable insulation coating consisting of special mineral filler and polymer components, with strong adhesion capability, excellent water resistance, and UV resistance. Unlike other insulation materials due to its product structure, it does not wear out. Therefore, it is highly suitable for use on trafficable concrete roofs, UNDER CERAMIC APPLICATIONS, terraces and foundations, walkways, asphalt pavements, tennis courts, and sports areas. It is not affected by sun, snow, rain, or water. Its chemical resistance is very high. Any type of CERAMIC, TILE, MARBLE, etc. coating can be applied over it if desired. It is economical and long-lasting. It poses no harm to human health.

APPLICATION AND SURFACE PREPARATION
First, the application surface must be cleaned of dust, dirt, and oil. If repairs are needed, they should be done in advance. AQUA GUARD CERAMIC-TILE ELASTO-1K is ready to use. Absorbent surfaces should be primed before application. Mix homogeneously inside the bucket using a mixer for 5 minutes. Once prepared, apply the mixture to the surface in two coats using a brush.

WARNING
It must be protected from external factors such as rain, water, mechanical impacts, etc., for 48 hours during and after application.

CLEANING
Tools and equipment are cleaned with water.

WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS
• Do not apply on wet or frozen surfaces.
• Pay attention to safety symbols and warnings specified on the packaging.
• Adequate ventilation should be provided in workshops, and open flames/high heat must be avoided.
• Mix thoroughly before application. Do not leave the container open.
• Avoid application under rain or expected rainy weather conditions.
• Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and mouth; apply by taking necessary occupational safety precautions. Avoid applying at temperatures below +10°C and above +35°C, do not try to use frozen material by adding dust or water.
