DESCRIPTION
It is a water-based fire-retardant paint. Thanks to its special additives, it renders applied surfaces completely fireproof and non-flammable. Being water-based, it maintains its antibacterial properties. Developed to protect structures from fire for up to 120 minutes, it has an intumescent structure that expands to provide fire insulation. It dries on the applied surface to form a seamless layer. It features excellent flame-retardant properties, swelling through a chemical reaction during a fire to prevent surface temperatures from rising to critical levels.

PROPERTIES
It is a fire-retardant, water-based paint developed to protect structures from fire for up to 120 minutes, featuring an intumescent structure that expands to provide thermal fire insulation. It forms a seamless layer upon drying. It has excellent flame-retardant properties, expanding via a chemical reaction during fire to prevent the surface temperature from reaching critical levels. It is waterproof yet vapor-permeable, allowing the applied surface to breathe. It is highly suitable for use on wood, concrete, prefabricated, and steel structures.

APPLICATION AND SURFACE PREPARATION
Layers that reduce adhesion, such as oil, grease, dirt, paint, laitance, rust, mold release oil, and efflorescence, must be completely cleaned before application. Surfaces must be clean, sound, load-bearing, and free of loose particles. Cracks and breaks on the surface should be carefully repaired before priming.

APPLICATION
Layers that reduce adhesion (oil, grease, dirt, paint, laitance, rust, formwork oil, efflorescence) must be fully cleaned. Surfaces should be clean, solid, and free of loose parts. Cracks and damaged areas should be carefully repaired with repair mortars. Surface leveling must be properly done. Application can be done with a brush, roller, or suitable sprayer. Before main application, dilute the product 50% with water to use as a primer. Allow the primer to dry for 4 hours. Following the primer, apply two coats undiluted with a 4-hour interval between coats to complete the painting process.

PACKAGING AND CONSUMPTION
Supplied ready-to-use in 18 kg plastic pails.

CLEANING
Tools and equipment should be cleaned with water.

SHELF LIFE
Can be stored for at least 24 months in original unopened packaging in dry conditions at temperatures between 5–25 °C. Once opened, use as soon as possible. Protect from freezing conditions.

WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS
• The application area must be well ventilated.
• Newly applied material must not be exposed to rain or frost for 24 hours.
• Do not apply below 5 °C, or in rainy and foggy weather.
• Do not apply to wet or frozen surfaces.
• Pay attention to safety symbols and warnings on the packaging.
• Ensure adequate ventilation in workshops and avoid open flames and high heat.
• Mix thoroughly before application and do not leave packaging open.
• Avoid application in rainy conditions or when rain is expected.
